For almost 20 years Amnesty is well aware of the need to end the irresponsible and insufficiently regulated arms trade. Millions of civilians are killed, injured, raped and forced to flee their homes, a direct consequence of arms transfers to governments which turn them against the population. Amnesty Belgium shot this video with a hidden camera at the Fabrique Nationale in Herstal , an arms factory in Belgium, with the message: we don't sell weapons to Darth Vader, so why would we sell them to dictators?
